1.Introduction

Welcome to Zhoosh, the first real-time style advice platform!

We're excited to have you join our community, a place where everyone can express their style, get instant advice from experts, artificial intelligence, and fashion enthusiasts, and discover endless inspiration. It's the perfect environment to hone your styling skills, build confidence in your choices, and start feeling your most fabulous self.

Zhoosh thrives on the incredible diversity of its users, where everyone brings their own cultural influences, life experiences, and style preferences. It's this incredible mix that empowers self-expression and makes Zhoosh truly special.

To keep this energy positive and inclusive, we have established these Community Guidelines (“Community Guidelines,” “Guidelines”) for Zhoosh application (“App”, “Service”), operated by Zhoosh Sp z.o.o (“Zhoosh”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Think of them as the house rules that help everyone feel comfortable sharing their style, asking questions, getting, and offering support.

These Guidelines apply to the accounts of all users and Expert Stylists (“Members”) and all content on Zhoosh, including photos, images, videos, texts, comments, emojis, tags, external links, and chat messages. By using Zhoosh, you agree to follow these Guidelines, which are integrated into and form a part of Zhoosh’s Terms of Use.

2. Prioritize Safety

We always prioritize the safety of our Members. That means zero tolerance for anything that puts people at risk. Don't distribute, share, or post any content that could harm yourself or others. This includes but is not limited to:

3. Refrain From Sexual Content

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. To maintain this environment, we strictly prohibit any sexual content, whether explicit or suggestive. This includes but is not limited to pictures, photos, videos, texts, comments, gestures, emojis, or external links containing such content. Additionally, offering or soliciting sexual services is completely unacceptable.

4. Respect others

All Members deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. There's no room for hate speech, violence, bullying, or harassment on Zhoosh. We won't tolerate any prejudice or discrimination based on factors such as race, gender, religion, or disability. We understand that disagreements and conflicts can arise, but let's keep things respectful, even when we disagree.

5. Be Authentic

We celebrate the unique voices and perspectives of our Members. We encourage them to share their own original content and respect others' ownership of their materials. We strive to maintain a trustworthy community, so we expect all content to be truthful, accurate, and not intentionally misleading. That is why misrepresentation of others, including the use of deep fakes, manipulated, or edited content, is not allowed.

6. Secure Personal Information

We don’t allow the sharing or posting of personal information about others without their consent. This includes but is not limited to photos, profiles, full names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. We also prohibit the sharing of personal information that you do not have the right to share, such as confidential or sensitive information protected by law. Additionally, please be cautious when disclosing your own personal details on Zhoosh or other online platforms, including sensitive data such as financial details, social security numbers, or passwords. This information can be used for identity theft or fraud.

7. Protect Intellectual Property Rights

We encourage our Members to always respect the intellectual property rights of others and to obtain proper permissions and licenses before using copyrighted works. We strictly prohibit the uploading, posting, or sharing of any content that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property or copyright. This includes the unauthorized use of any copyrighted work. If you believe that your intellectual property has been misused, please report it to us by following the Copyright procedure, so we can take appropriate action.

8. Avoid Malicious And Deceptive Practices

We prohibit any attempts to compromise or abuse the security, reliability, or integrity of Zhoosh, or any action that could deceive our Members. This includes but is not limited to accessing Zhoosh through unauthorized means, such as hacking or using stolen login credentials, spamming, fake engagement, artificially collecting followers, or any other deceitful practices. Additionally, we do not tolerate any content or activity that interferes with the integrity of Zhoosh's services or the experience of another user or their devices. This includes spreading viruses, malware, or other harmful software, or engaging in any activity that could harm the functionality or performance of Zhoosh.

9. Respect The Law

We expect all of our Members to adhere to applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. We would like to remind our Members that they are responsible for their own actions on Zhoosh and will be held accountable for any violations of the law.

10. Stay On Theme

We're all here to celebrate personal style. Let's always stay on topic. Share your unique style with the community, but remember this is a space for style-forward discussions. Let's avoid off-topic conversations that might distract from the core theme.

11. Report Concerns

We rely on our Members’ support to identify and eliminate any content that violates our Community Guidelines. If you encounter such content, please let us know immediately. You may use our built-in tool that makes reporting really easy or email support@zhoosh.ai. Our team will investigate your report and take necessary action to protect our community.

We take violations to our Community Guidelines very seriously and may apply some restrictions on your use of Zhoosh at our sole discretion. The restrictions depend on the frequency and severity of violations and may include removing the content, implementing restrictions on the visibility of your content or account, limiting your access to certain features or areas of Zhoosh, suspending your account for a temporary period, or terminating your account entirely. Additionally, we may report the matter to appropriate authorities.
